🔮🔮Energy Update From Spirit 🔮🔮

You've been working hard enough. You've done enough. You've cleared enough. You've visualized enough. 

There are phases to growth. Sometime you have to become aware of what you want. That could include a lot of work around why are you doing what you're doing. Why do you want what you want.

Do you want it because it would make your Mom happy or because it would mean you're a good daughter? Or do you want it because it brings such an internal feeling of joy that your heart can't hold back the gleeful feeling?

This phase includes a lot of inner child work, a lot of root and heart chakra work and can feel painful. It's almost moving from numb to awake. And even though being awake feels good it can have sadness as you realize just how numb and asleep you've been.

The next phase can be a fun, exhilarating phase as you learn new skills, become aware of new realities that you can allow in, and start to experience NEW opportunities and better feeling experiences.

This is where you start to have fun asking for new manifestations from the Big U and almost can see instant manifestations.

Now this third phase... this is where it can get interesting. This is when you realize "OMG I CAN have anything I want. I just have to ask for it and go on the journey towards it."

So you ask and you ask 'big.' You do everything you did for those instant manifestations and eeks they don't pop in immediately.

So you sit back and go "it's okay I feel good and all I have to do it feel good and it will arrive."

A day goes by and another day so you start to visualize it even more. Maybe you add in more detail because maybe that's what's holding it up (That's a phase 1 move not a phase 3).

When you ask for something that will shift your reality 180 degrees it requires ALLOWING in the new bit by bit and then after that builds momentum the reality shift will appear in. This is all about the ALLOWING MODE.

Here's an example, let's say you you're a singer and you want to manifest a career like Beyonce. Traveling all around the world singing to crowds that LOVE your music.

This sounds fun and great but sometimes people aren't aware that they might have to give some things up.

Now when the growth is leaving something really bad, like a toxic abusive relationship, in a way it's easy to release despite all the pain that can accompany that.

When you have all healthy friends it can be hard to release that to go tour. You might not even realize that this is what's holding you back.

When you're at this phase you have to be okay with having more than others. You have to be okay walking in with a $10,000 diamond ring on even if they couldn't buy one in a million years.

All kind of thought patterns and old energetic patterns can come up here. Why can't I just be happy? Why do I need more. Maybe something that big isn't for someone like me? And so on...

The simple, easy, and fun trick here is just to allow in a little bit more fun. A little bit more happiness. A little bit more joy into your life.

You don't need to visualize anymore. You have enough in your vibrational escrow to last a last time.

Can you allow in a friend who is just a little bit happier? Can you allow in clients who pay just a little bit more? Can you allow in one speaking engagement? As one new one comes in that's closer to what you want you will have to release something.

Just play with allowing a little bit more and in no time this will build momentum and overnight you'll be that international singer singing to the joyously screaming crowds.

It's time to allow in.

LOA and… Binge Eating?? Where that Energy Comes from and How to Shift It for Good

What is binge eating? Binge eating is essentially eating so much in so little time that it can lead to pain. But what is it in the realm of LOA?

We know LOA (Law of Attraction) is the practice of calling in our desires, but nobody wants to eat until they hurt. Binge eating isn’t coming into your existence out of something you consciously desire, but rather a feeling you’re wishing to emote.

Generally speaking, binge eating is the result of being triggered and wanting to quell that triggering feeling.

For me, this often comes up in one of two ways:

  1. I’m trying to express love to myself, or

  2. I’m desiring a feeling or vibration of safety.

So let’s look at an example:

You’re on a date, and let’s say your date touches you unwarranted. You get out of there because you know you deserve better, but your memory flashes back to a time when you weren’t so empowered that makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

As humans, we go back to a primal state of being, and we search for the easiest, quickest way to insert that safety/comfort/love back into our lives.

What’s something, across the board, that generally brings up feelings of love and safety? Food. Food is nurturing, it can feel good, we might have memories of holidays or home cooked meals, and it’s always meant (in the history of human beings) that we are cared for and are going to make it another night.

So! The key is to NOT beat yourself up about the fact that you do it, or even worry about stopping it in the moment. You are craving safety, so snatching away that safety when you need it most is not going to solve your problems.

Instead, create an awareness around it.

“This feels good in my throat, warm in my belly, tickles my taste buds.. this does feel really comforting. I can understand how this has been taking the place of self-love for me. Oh, and I am really full. It does hurt in my stomach now. This overconsumption doesn’t feel good.”

This awareness will be your key to shifting things. Once you’ve become aware, it’s time to create alternate activities that make you feel good that you can recall and retreat to the next time you’re aware of your urge to binge.

So here’s your action step:

  1. Go make a list of 10 things you can do to show yourself love and feel safe.

a. Have at least 3–4 that are quick fixes, such as writing a love letter to yourself that you can find and read aloud, stocking a healthy treat to replace your regular options, or if you’re like me, grabbing your favorite crystal to set intentions.

b. Have 3–4 that take between 10–20 minutes, which could include making the healthy treat mentioned above or taking a short walk. Be present as you’re doing it, infusing the process with love and gratitude and everything that could be examples of self-love, safety, or whatever your trigger for binging is.

c. Have 3–4 options that are longer pampering for 1+ Hours, such as a spa day, hair blowout, massage, or any number of things that bring you joy.

Relationships that leave us wondering “Why ME?!” can come in many partner forms:

Narcissistic, Abusive, Self-Absorbed, or maybe just not the right fit.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of “But I’m a nice person, so why me?” What’s not so easy is accepting your role in the whole thing…

Empath: Clear Your Energy, Release Others' Energy

In an earlier article I talked of balanced and unbalanced energy. (If you haven’t read it, you can take a quick look here.)

For a quick recap, balanced energy in an empath is one where you can share your space with others, possibly share some energy while together, but then leave and take only your own energy (in the form of thoughts, emotions, etc) back with you.

With unbalanced energy, energy leaks can occur, leaving some of your energy displaced with others, and having those voids filled with thoughts and emotions that aren’t your own. Not only is this unhealthy as it leads to confusion and unintentional inauthenticity at times, but it’s exhausting!

So! I have a quick meditation you can do anywhere, at any time, that I’ll guide you through now to take your power back.

..Ready?

  1. First, I recommend lying or sitting down, if you can. Get as comfortable as possible.

  2. Close your Eyes.

  3. Breathe in deep, feeling the air fill your lungs. Exhale Out.

  4. On the inhale, you think: “I call all my energy back to me.”

  5. And on the exhale: “I release all others’ energies back to other people.”

  6. Do this a minimum of 3x, and until you feel a sense of calm and release.

Now if you have a little more time, I recommend taking the time to really feel your breath, and breathe deeply so that you feel smooth and calm before even beginning the mantra.

Also feel as you allow the muscles in your jaw to relax, and your shoulders to drop.

If you have even more time, I encourage you to take this a step further:

  1. Call Your Power Back. As well as calling your energy back, you’re also going to call your power back on the inhale.

  2. Release Others Thoughts and Desires back to them. We’re now not only releasing the energy on the exhale, but we’re getting more specific and releasing specific thoughts and desires set upon us.

  3. Take the time to feel. Allow yourself right here, right now, to feel grounded, and feel comfortable with your own wants/thoughts. It may sound silly, but it’s not always easy to be left with JUST our own thoughts..especially if we’ve gotten used to standards being set upon us, so really let that sink in.

  4. Feel that sense of confidence being restored. Know you are loved, lovable, and love.

5. For an added touch, call light to you on the inhale. Released old situations, doubts, and circumstance back to the past on your exhale.

Empathy: Tap Back Into Your Own Energy and Decisions

Being Empathic is a gift…and while that’s true, many never learn how to truly harness it so that it actually FEELS that way.

Oftentimes it can lead to confusion, exhaustion, or inauthentic decision-making; But it doesn’t have to.

If more often than not your’e feeling bullied, overwhelmed, or carrying “I don’t know” energy, this article will help you learn how to release others energies and learn to trust in yourself.

So let’s get started, and allow me to guide you through a quick process. But before we do, I want you to associate with which you align with most —

Visual (Clairvoyant), Feeling (Clairsentient), Or In Your Body (Claircognizant.) If you know, feel free to skip to the header with your practice. If you’re unsure, feel free to try all three out in your life this week and determine which gives you the clearest signal.

If you don’t have a pressing question to ask in order to practice, I always love talking, well, LOVE! And dating! So my example for the day is as follows:

“Should I go on the date or not?”

Let’s begin!

First, Take 3 short clearing breaths.

Envision white light coming into your whole body, allowing it to clear your thoughts.

Feel your shoulders relax.

For Visual people, or Clairvoyants:

I want you to close your eyes, and get into your mind’s eye. Envision yourself as a balance: Option A is in one hand, Option B in another. When you ask the question, which hand goes up in favor?

For Feelers, or Clairsentients:

Ask yourself “How would it feel if I __?” Now I want you to pay really close attention and note if you feel ANY constriction? If there’s constriction, that’s your body’s way of guiding you to note that there is hesitation and it’s likely a “No.”

I can remember a time when I asked myself “How would it feel if I went on a date with this guy?” and I didn’t feel ABSOLUTELY fantastic about it..buuuttt I went anyway. I had some constriction and guess what? — I could’ve saved myself the time and hassle of that date. ;) We always know! We just don’t always listen at first glance. Practice this enough and you’ll start to get laser-focused on what YOUR intuition is telling you.

For the Ones Who Feel it In Their Body, or Claircognizants:

I want you to get both feet planted firmly on the ground and ask your body: “What is a YES?” Now pay attention — How does your body move for “Yes?” (Mine notably leans forward!)

Now ask your body for the reverse: “What is a NO?” (Not surprisingly, mine leans notably back.)

Once you’re clear on that, simply ask your question and be aware of how your body responds.

What happens if you can’t tell?

The truth is we can always tell, but we oftentimes are taught to forgo these internal responses and reactions. Always no that your first reaction is the YES. It’s often the doubts, insecurities, and fears OF our true response that leads us to question.

The key to all of this is being bold enough not only to feel into your inner knowing, but also ACT on it. I invite and encourage each and every one of you to try these throughout this week and then be bold enough to put that response into play in your life.

Empathy — What it is, and How to Experience it in a Healthy Way

Many of us grow up learning about sympathy —essentially the feeling that relates to what another is going through. But what is empathy, then?

For those that don’t know me, I’m a channeler, and here is how Spirit defined it through me:

“Empathy.. is a normal function, a normal human ability. It’s a balanced approach to life.”

Empathy is, essentially, the ability to pick up other people’s emotions and share yours on an energetic level. Meaning: Rather than relating to one’s emotions, you’re literally ENGAGING in their active emotions and energy field.

Without even hearing more, you can easily see how this can quickly become an issue. You see, if you’re simply feeling FOR someone (sympathy,) you’re coming from a place of understanding. When you’re feeling WITH someone (empathy,) you’re coming from a place of experiencing.. and that can easily wreck your entire emotional state.

If you’ve never heard the term, you might be thinking, “This explains so much!” I’ve gone through that “Aha!” moment, myself. But whether you’re just learning of the definition or you’re very familiar, let’s go into the ways you can tell whether you’re experiencing this in a healthy manner or if you have some work to do to protect your energy moving forward.

There are two ways to experience empathy: Imbalanced and Balanced.

Imbalanced Auras (or energy fields) are what many suffer from, and it can become this way for a variety of reasons — one being that of a difficult childhood or one where you potentially had to take on a caretaker role young. If you’re an empath and have Imbalanced energy, then every time you engage with someone else, your field essentially merges with theirs and you *take* a bit of their energy with you as you go. It can be overwhelming to live in this state, where you’re constantly engaging in multiple energies and have a hard time discerning what is yours and what you’re carrying for others.

Balanced Energy, on the other hand, is the healthy way to operate as an empath. You take your own energy with you, meet up and share some energy, and then leave with your own energy again. It means you’re always aware that what you carry is yours and yours alone, with maybe smaller changes experienced amongst the energy of others.
